1. What is your refund or exchange policy?
Any damages must be reported to us within 5 days and ALL the packaging must be kept in order for a refund. If you are not happy with a product and would like to return it, it must be returned in its original packaging or condition within 7 days. If you purchased the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange your item for the correct size within 14 days. Clothing must not be worn or washed. For exchanges, we just ask that you get it back to us the least expensive way possible and we will send it back to you in kind.
